& FAQ's
String Trios, String Duets and Solos
If you would prefer a smaller ensemble we have string trios, duos or solos. You can mix and match the instruments of the string quartet to suit your needs. A solo violin is perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony with limited space. The violin and cello make a great duo for a small gazebo concert. An elegant trio consisting of a violin, viola and cello can be nice for a quaint home wedding ceremony.

Question: Will the ensemble take any breaks?
Answer: The ensemble will perform the first hour without a break and take a 10 minute break for each additional hour performed. No breaks will be taken during the ceremony.
Question: What set-up do you require for your ensemble?
Answer: The musicians will supply there own stands, lights and amplification if needed. A quartet will require about a 10' by 10' space to perform, we just ask you to provide chairs without arms.
Question: Can you play outdoors?
Answer: We can play outdoor as long as we have protection from the sun, high winds and rain.
Question: What do you wear?
Answer: The ensemble will wear formal attire which is a black tuxedo for the men and long black gowns for the women. If it is over 90 degrees the men may take off their jackets and wear matching vest.
Question: Do you require a down payment?
Answer: A non-refundable 25% percent down payment and a signed performance agreement are required to reserve our services for your event date.
Questions: Can you provide an accompaniment for my uncle to sing during the ceremony?
Answer: We can provide an accompaniment for singers and instrumentalists as long as we have access to the sheet music.
Question: Will a musician come to the rehearsal dinner?
Answer: In most cases we won't need to, we can coordinate with your officiant or wedding coordinator on day of your event. But, if you would feel more comfortable having a musician play for the rehearsal dinner it can be arranged for a fee.
Question: How soon will you arrive before you play?
Answer: We will arrive about 40 minutes before we play to coordinate and set-up.
Question: When is the payment due?
Answer: Full payment is due 5 business before your event date.
